Snow peas ( 250g ) | Millet pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Garlic ( 3 small heads ) | Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Sea salt ( a little ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry snow peas

1. Prepare ingredients: stemmed snow peas, garlic, millet pepper, chicken essence, sea salt.

2.Wash the snow peas and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes.

3. Remove and drain the water and set aside.

4.Cut the garlic, millet and pepper and set aside.

5. Heat the pot over high heat and pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil.

6.Pour in the chopped garlic and millet pepper and saute until fragrant.

7. Pour in the washed snow peas and stir-fry.

8. Turn up the heat and stir-fry until cooked.

9.Add sea salt.

10. Stir evenly.

11.Add chicken essence.

12. Stir well and turn off the heat.
