How to make cold noodles with shredded chicken

1.
Wash the chicken legs, put them into a pot of cold water and add ginger slices, green onions and Sichuan peppercorns.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until fully cooked
2.Crush the peanuts and set aside
