Ingredients
Laodoufu ( 200g ) | Green onions ( 1 piece ) |
Screw pepper ( 5 pieces ) | Ginger ( 3 slices ) |
Cooking oil ( 2 spoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make fried tofu with green onions

1.This is a very popular home-cooked dish in my family, simple and delicious.

2. Shred the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, cut the pepper with a diagonal knife, and cut the tofu into strips.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil over high heat, add shredded ginger and fry slightly until fragrant.

4. Pour in the peppers and green onions and stir-fry for a few times, then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (Light soy sauce is salty, don’t add any more salt).

5. Stir-fry evenly and lightly color,

6. Immediately pour in the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

7. The scallion fried tofu is salty, fragrant and tender, healthy and delicious, and goes well with rice.!
Tips
Stir-fry quickly over high heat, done in 5 minutes.
