Red dates: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis
Ingredients
Four ( 200g ) | Yeast ( 3g span> ) |
Warm water ( appropriate amount ) | Ham sausage ( 3 pieces (one each) ) |
Red dates (appropriate amount) | White sugar ( One tablespoon ) |

1.Weigh flour and yeast

2. Pour yeast and white sugar into the flour, add an appropriate amount of warm water, stir it into pieces with chopsticks, and then knead it with your hands into a non-stick dough
3.Cover with plastic wrap and place in a pot filled with hot water to ferment until it forms a honeycomb shape
4. Take out the exhaust, if it is sticky, add an appropriate amount of flour and knead it into a dough

5.Take a small dough and flatten it into an oval piece, and put the sausage on it
6. Roll it up and press it slightly, use a knife to divide it into seven equal parts (cut it into about 2 parts, only cut off the sausage, not the noodles)
7. The two adjacent ones start to turn upward and swing (I did the third one to make it look better) )

8.Peel and chop red dates

9.Divide into small doses
10.Press into long strips of dough and add red dates

11.Roll up, cut in the middle, and fold upwards

12. Wake up 2 Ten minutes

13.Steam for twenty minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes, remove from the pot
