How to make bacon clay pot rice

1.Soak the rice in water for four hours in advance, and then add it to the stew pot.The water should cover one index finger knuckle or less.

2.Select the steaming function and steam until the rice is about 25 minutes old.Poke a few small holes with chopsticks and place the washed and thinly sliced bacon and sausages in a circle around the rice.Finally, crack an egg in the middle and continue steaming for 20 minutes.

3.Wash the broccoli, blanch it in boiling water, scoop it out and add some salt.Pour into the stew pot and steam together

4. To adjust the sauce, pour oil into the wok, add 50% fat and 50% lean bacon, dried onions, and ginger and fry together.to golden brown.Then pour in half a cup of light soy sauce, a little sesame oil and dark soy sauce, some salt, and some sugar.Bring to a boil and close the pot.

Tips
If I don't have that light soy sauce, I can just use boiling water or stock instead.
