How to make a leek box

1.Blank Russian flour with 200 grams of boiling water, stir it with chopsticks while pouring the boiling water, and let it warm.

Tips
The electric baking pan can be replaced with a pan; the two flours I used are a bit dark, so the box looks darker, so you can use ordinary flour instead; scald half of the flour with boiling water to make a box that is both chewy and soft.; Do not overcook the eggs; turn off the heat after they are solidified.
