How to make fried rice noodles with celery

1.Pour the pho into a larger basin after buying it, add 3 spoons of light soy sauce and 3 spoons of peanut oil and mix well

2.Wash the celery and green onion and cut into sections, separate the green onion white and green onion leaves

3. Prepare half a bowl of water, add 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 spoon of sugar to make a sauce and set aside
