Ingredients
Celery ( 300g ) | Walnut kernels ( 50g ) |
10g light salt super original soy sauce ( 15 ml ) | Vidami Fragrance Rice Vinegar ( 30ml ) |
How to mix celery with peach kernels

1. Prepare ingredients: remove old stems of celery, wash and cut into small pieces, walnut kernels 50 grams

2.Put an appropriate amount of water (almost 600 ml) into the pot

3. Boil the water in the pot

4.Wash the celery and cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot and blanch it.Blanching can remove the oxalic acid in the celery

5. Blanch the celery for 2 minutes and take it out

Tips
Celery contains oxalic acid, and most of the oxalic acid can be removed after blanching , can better absorb nutrients.Celery itself contains salt, so adding light salt soy sauce can make the rice vinegar taste better.
