Salt (for blanching) ( 1 spoon ) | Edible oil (for blanching) ( A little ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) | Balsamic vinegar ( a little ) |
How to make ginger spinach

1.Break the spinach leaves and wash them,

2.Put a spoonful of salt and a little oil into the boiling water, then add the spinach and blanch it for 2 minutes.

3. Remove the water, squeeze out the water, and add a piece of grated ginger.

4.Pour some sesame oil and mix well,

5. Then pour some balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly.

6. Sprinkle some nuts on top after serving.
Tips
Blanch the spinach quickly so as not to overcook it until it becomes sticky.
