Ingredients
Rice ( 400g ) | Eggs ( two ) |
Sausage ( 50g ) | Lettuce ( 70g ) |
Tomato (for decoration) ( 1 piece ) div> | Chopped green onion ( 30 grams ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence (appropriate amount) |
How to make Sausage and Egg Fried Rice

1. The rice is cooked and set aside (I used unfinished rice here)

2. Dice the sausage (cooked), shred the lettuce, chop the green onion and set aside

3. Beat the eggs Pour into a bowl and add a little salt to mix (don’t add too much)

4. Heat the oil in the pan (I use cooked lard to fry the rice which is more fragrant)

5. Adjust it well Pour the egg liquid into the pot and fry until cooked.Use a spatula to cut into egg flakes

6.Go to medium fire Pour in the rice and stir-fry, use a shovel to press the rice and stir-fry the rice into grains

7. Again Pour in the sausage and stir-fry for a minute

8.Pour in the lettuce and stir-fry for 30 seconds

9.Add green onion, chicken essence and a little salt, stir well and then remove from the pot and serve
Tips
Be sure to add the right amount of salt otherwise It will be too salty, you can taste it first and add more salt
