How to make golden egg steamed bun slices

1.Prepare two steamed buns first,

2.Cut it into a thickness of about one centimeter, as shown in the picture.

3. Prepare 3 eggs, beat them into egg liquid, add appropriate amount of salt and set aside.

4.First brush a layer of oil in the pot,
