Ingredients
Potatoes ( Two ) | Eggs ( one ) |
flour ( three spoons ) | Starch ( Three spoons ) |
Green and red chili peppers ( One each ) | Bacon ( a small piece ) |
| Carrot ( A small piece ) | Salt, light soy sauce, Chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to make fried potato cakes

1. Cut potatoes into small pieces Steam the cubes and press them into mashed potatoes (steam the bacon together)

2.Carrots, green and red peppers Dice and steam the bacon into cubes

Tips
