Ingredients
Celery ( 2 plants ) | Dried yuba ( 50g ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Flavored tempeh ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Ginger powder ( 3 grams ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( 1 teaspoon ) | Chicken essence ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Flavour Recipe of Braised Bean Curd and Celery

1.Yanba Bubble Hair Good

2. Cut into sections with an oblique knife

3.Remove the leaves from the celery and cut it into sections with a diagonal knife

4. Cut carrots into thick shreds
