How to stir-fry shredded potatoes with green peppers and carrots

1. Peel the potatoes and shred them

2.Wash the carrots and cut into shreds

3. Remove the flesh from the green pepper and cut into shreds
4.Cut green onions

5.Hot oil , chopped green onion in hot pot

6.Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry for two minutes

7.Add carrot shreds and stir-fry for one minute

8.Add green pepper shreds, stir-fry for two minutes, add salt, soy sauce, oil, and stir-fry for one minute

9.Ready to eat
