Bamboo Shoots: Replenishing Qi
Ingredients
Bamboo shoots ( 350g ) | Pickled vegetables ( 100g span> ) |
White sugar ( 2 teaspoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
MSG ( 1 teaspoon ) | Salad oil ( a little ) |
Sesame oil ( A little ) |
Stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled vegetables Recipe

1. Peel the bamboo shoots and blanch them in water.Cook for 2 minutes, remove and drain.Set aside.

2. Soak mustard pickles in water for 15 minutes in advance, take them out, squeeze out the water and chop them into pieces.Cut the bamboo shoots into thin strips.

3.Pour appropriate amount of salad oil into the wok.

4.When the oil pan is hot, add shredded bamboo shoots and stir-fry a few times.

5. Then add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry together.

6.Add sugar to enhance the freshness.

7. Pour in a little light soy sauce and sesame oil.

Tips
Blanching bamboo shoots in boiling water can remove some of the astringent taste; soaking mustard pickles in water for a while can remove some of the salty taste and make the finished product more delicious.
