Peanut oil: delay aging, antioxidant, anti-cancer and prevent cancer
Ingredients
Dried radish ( 300g ) | Chaotian pepper ( 20 pieces ) |
Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence (appropriate amount) | Garlic ( 6 cloves ) |

1.Dry the radish, wash the pepper and chop into fine pieces, and chop the garlic into fine pieces.

2. First put the garlic into a pot with peanut oil and fry it over low heat.When fragrant, pour into a bowl and set aside.

3.Put the peppers into a pot with peanut oil poured out, and stir-fry the peppers over high heat until cooked.

4. First dry-fry the radish over medium heat for about one minute, then add the garlic and chili.Put it in and stir-fry for about a minute, add light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and take it out of the pan.

5.Picture of the finished product, a simple meal is ready.
Tips
Because the dried radish was a bit salty, I didn’t add any salt.The peppers are not spicy until they are cooked.
