How to make fried saury

1. Clean saury: saury Remove intestines, head and tail, scrape scales, wash and cut into 5 cm long sections

2. Pickled saury: Marinate with minced ginger, pepper powder, aniseed powder, and salt, beat in two eggs, and then add starch paste
