How to stir-fry cauliflower

1.Wash and cut the ingredients, like this

2.Put water in the pot, boil.Add the cauliflower, usually about 30 seconds, and remove it when the water surface is like this.Pour it under cold water and the taste will be better

3. Add soybean oil to the pot, add onions and garlic, After the aroma comes out, add cauliflower

Tips
