Ingredients
Lettuce ( 150g ) | Cabbage hearts ( 50g ) |
Oil ( 30g ) | Light soy sauce ( 30g ) |
Aged vinegar ( 10 grams ) | Cornstarch ( 15g ) |
Soybean paste ( 20g ) | Chopped black bean paste Pepper ( 5g ) |
Garlic ( 2 grains ) |
How to make seasonal vegetables in sauce

1. Soak lettuce and cabbage hearts, wash them, remove and drain Water for later use

2.Cut the garlic into small pieces and set aside

3. Put the light soy sauce, soybean paste, chopped peppers together and stir well and set aside

4. Mix cornstarch with water and set aside

5.Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, blanch the lettuce and cabbage hearts (about 2 to 3 minutes), then remove and drain the water and place on a plate for later use

6. Heat a pan with cold oil, add garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the prepared sauce and stir quickly

7. Add cornstarch and water and bring to a boil over high heat and continue cooking for about 1 minute

8.Pour the cooked sauce onto the blanched vegetables, and a seasonal vegetable with a sauce-flavor is ready
