How to stir-fry king oyster mushrooms with green pepper

1. Prepare one king oyster mushroom, two green peppers, two garlic cloves and wash them

3.First cut the green pepper in half from the middle
4.Cut the green pepper into thin strips and mince the garlic
5.Pour oil into the pot

6. Oil Heat and stir-fry minced garlic

7.Then pour in the king oyster mushrooms and fry for 30s
