Peas ( 250g ) | Sweet corn ( One stick ) |
Ham Intestine ( one ) | Oyster sauce ( 30g ) |
Plain water ( 30 grams ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
How to make Jinyumantang (fried peas and corn)

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Peel off the corn kernels from sweet corn and clean them.

3. Peel the ham, cut it into quarters, and then cut it into small cubes.

4. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

5. Boil water in a pot, add corn kernels, and blanch for two minutes , remove and set aside.

6. Blanch the peas for two minutes and remove.

7.Put oil in the pot, add diced ham and fry for half a minute.

8. Add the corn, peas and minced garlic together.

9. Stir-fry for two minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

10.Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

11.Add boiled water along the edge of the pot and stir-fry for another minute.
