Ingredients
Dried soybeans ( 50g ) | Celery ( 80 grams ) |
Carrot (appropriate amount) | Onion and ginger (appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to stir-fry celery with soybeans

1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in water overnight.

2. Drain the soaked soybeans, pour them into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and cook them.(You can also cook it in a pressure cooker, which can save time)

3. Cook well Drain the soybeans and set aside.

4.Wash the celery and carrots and cut them into cubes, and mince the onion and ginger.

5. Boil water in a pot, add celery, diced carrots and a few drops of cooking oil and blanch One minute.(When blanching, adding a few drops of cooking oil can maintain the color of celery)

6. Remove Drain and set aside.

7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up.

8. Add onion and ginger and stir until fragrant.
