How to make scrambled eggs with cowpeas

2. Wash and cut the cowpeas, blanch them and drain them to remove the moisture.

3.Cut the green onions, garlic, and smash the eggs into a bowl to disperse.

4. Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until cooked, mash and serve.
