Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( half a handful ) | Garlic ( 1 head ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Steamed fish soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Sesame oil ( 1 spoon ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Fragrance Green onions ( One ) | Red oil ( Adequate amount ) |
Sugar ( 5 grams ) |
How to make garlic mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Remove the roots of Enoki mushrooms.

3.Tear into small florets and spread on the plate.

4. Chop the garlic and chives into mince.

5.Put oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic.

6. Pour the sauteed minced garlic onto the enoki mushrooms.

7. Add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, red oil and sesame oil and stir evenly.

8.Put the enoki mushrooms into the steamer, boil the water for 7 minutes and drain out the juice.

9. Put the drained juice into the pot and heat it.

10. Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

11. Pour into the enoki mushrooms.

12.Sprinkle with chopped chives.

13.Ready to eat.
