Celery ( 150g ) | Peanuts ( 100g ) |
Carrot ( 60g ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum (About 15 grains) |
Star anise ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Sesame oil ( 10g ) | Sugar ( appropriate amount ) |

Celery mixed with flower kernels How to make

1. Do not remove the leaves from celery.

2. Prepare other ingredients.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to peanuts.

4.Add peppercorns, star anise and salt and soak for an hour.

5. Peel and dice the carrots.

6. Wash and cut the celery into small pieces.

7. Bring the soaked peanuts to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Remove, drain and let cool slightly.

9. Boil water in another pot and add a little oil after the water boils.

10.Add carrots and cook for 1 minute.

11. Add the celery stick and cook for 1 minute.

Tips
Peanuts must be soaked with Sichuan peppercorns, star anise and salt for more than 1 hour in advance so that they have aroma and flavor.
