How to stir-fry dried cabbage

2.Wash the dried sesame seeds, carrots and pork, and cut them into strips and shreds.

3. Chop the onions and ginger.

4. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot to heat, add pork and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Stir-fry until the pork changes color, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

6.Add carrot shreds and cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft and water comes out.

7.Add in dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry for two minutes.

8. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
