Ingredients
Cucumber ( One ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 100g ) |
Green peppers ( 1/2 pieces ) | Red peppers ( 1/2 pieces ) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) | White sugar ( 0.01g ) |
Salt ( 0.02g ) | Vinegar ( a spoonful ) |
Chicken essence ( 0.01g ) | Sesame oil ( one spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1/2 spoon ) | Onions ( One ) |
How to make cucumber and enoki mushroom rolls

1.Wash the cucumber

2.Use a melon plane to cut into thin slices,

3.Put green and red peppers, onions and garlic into a bowl, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well.

4.Cut off the heads of enoki mushrooms, break them apart and wash them,

6.Use thin slices of cucumber to roll up the enoki mushrooms and place them on a plate

Tips
When blanching enoki mushrooms, be sure not to blanch them for too long, otherwise they will not be crispy and may become clogged.
