Ingredients
Broccoli ( 350g ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( Appropriate amount span> ) |
Chicken powder ( Half teaspoon ) div> | White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) |
How to make broccoli in oyster sauce

1.Cut broccoli into small pieces (size as shown in the picture)

2. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to boiling water and blanch the water

3.Place the broccoli head outward into a small bowl, making sure it is compact.

4. Backup in the plate

5.In half a bowl of water, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon each of sugar and chicken essence

6.Bring to boil, stir in appropriate amount of starch water to thicken.

7.Pour it over the broccoli.
Tips
1.When blanching broccoli, be sure not to blanch it too long, usually for 1-2 minutes.Add a spoonful of salt and sugar when blanching to enhance the flavor.2.When thickening, slowly pour in the flour while stirring.
