Home version of garlic roasted eggplant

1. Here is a picture of the finished product

2. Prepare ingredients, wash purple eggplant, ginger, and garlic.

3.Cut the eggplant in half and score a diamond shape with a knife

4.Dice garlic

5. Dice the ginger.

6. Chop the chives.

7. Steam the eggplant in the pot until soft.

8.Put oil in the pot, turn on low heat, add garlic and ginger.

9.Put in chili powder.

10.Put in pepper powder and cumin powder.

11.Put in oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

12. Add sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence, pepper, stir-fry evenly , the garlic chili sauce is ready.

13. Prepare a baking sheet, brush with oil and add steamed soft eggplant.I use the Synstat multi-function cooker.

14.Put in the prepared garlic chili sauce.
