How to stir-fry three shredded silkworms

1. Wash the leeks, and shred the carrots and dried tofu.

2. Boil water in a pot, add shredded dried tofu, scald and remove.

3. Cut the leeks into sections.

4. Heat the oil in the pot, add the carrot shreds and stir-fry until soft.

5. Add dried tofu shreds and stir-fry briefly.

6. Add the leek segments and stir-fry for a while, add salt to taste and turn off the heat.

Tips
The ingredients should be stir-fried quickly and should not be stir-fried for too long.
