How to stir-fry goldenrod

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Pick off the old stems and keep the young leaves and stems

3.Wash and drain

4.Peel the garlic, smash and mince

5.Pour the hot pot Add rapeseed oil

6.When the oil is 50% hot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Tips
