How to make cold green beans

1. Just boil the green beans in boiling water for a minute or two

2.The green beans boiled in boiling water are iced with cold water so they are crispy and delicious

3. Prepare ingredients: mince chives, mince garlic, crush millet and pepper with a knife

4.Put the ingredients on top of the chilled green beans and add salt, chicken essence, sweet and sour sesame oil

Tips
I prefer spicy food and add more millet peppers.If I can’t eat spicy food, I can omit the millet peppers
