How to make spicy and sour lemon shredded chicken

1.Prepare the materials

2.Put cold water into the pot, add chicken legs, ginger slices and cooking wine, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 15 minutes

3.Wash the surface of the lemon with salt and then slice it, mince the garlic, chop the green onion, and cut the coriander into small pieces and set aside
4. Prepare the sauce: onion + garlic + chili powder + white sesame seeds, stir-fry in hot oil until fragrant
