How to make Bang Bang Chicken

1.Pour water into the pot, add chicken breast, add cooking wine, ginger and green onion and cook for 20 minutes.

Tips
You can also use sesame sauce instead of peanut butter, and the taste can be adjusted to suit your own preferences.If you like it spicy, add more chili oil.Because some people in my family don’t like coriander, I added some green onions.If you sprinkle some coriander on top, it would be even more perfect.
