How to make red wine and pears

1. Prepare the red wine and sherry.I used dry ones today.Red

2.Peel and cut the pear in half and remove the seeds

4.Turn over the pears halfway so that each side of the pears can be immersed in the red wine and simmer for about 20 minutes

5.Put the cooked pear and red wine into a bowl and let it cool before eating. It will taste better after being refrigerated

6.Slice and plate

3.Put the pear into a casserole, pour in an appropriate amount of red wine, add rock sugar, and bring to a boil
Tips
If you choose sweet wine, you can leave out the rock sugar.Today I chose dry red , so I added a little rock sugar appropriately to increase the sweetness and taste
