How to mix tofu with green onions

2.Remove and wash the roots of the shallots, and prepare an appropriate amount of green onions for later use.

3.Cut the green onions into sections, be careful not to chop them too finely, sections of about 2cm-3cm are suitable , which tastes good when paired with tofu and has a good visual effect.

4. Prepare the tofu and rinse with cold water.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the tofu.

6.Use a fork to press the tofu and squeeze it into pieces.

7. Until everything is broken into pieces as shown in the picture, mix the seasonings well and the tofu is fully flavored.

8. Add the shallots evenly to the tofu and mix well with chopsticks.

9. Finish the dish with the aroma of green onion, tofu and sesame oil mixed together harmoniously.You'll definitely want another plate!

1. Prepare the green onions and remove the yellow leaves.Please note that there is a difference between shallots and chives.
Tips
1.Don’t cut the tofu into cubes with a knife, as that is more suitable for stewing the tofu.Our tofu is mixed with shallots, and it tastes more delicious like I do!
2.If you like the seasoning to be stronger, you can add a small amount of chicken essence or oyster sauce to enhance the flavor.
