How to make cold Guilin rice noodles

1.Put Guilin rice noodles Soak for 5 to 8 hours.It says so in the manual.

2. Boil water, add rice noodles, and cook for 10 minutes.

3.Rinse twice with cold water, control the water and set aside.

4.In the bowl are two spoons of Donggu Yipin fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar.
