How to mix cucumber with pig ears

1.Wash the salted pig ears, wash the cucumbers, and carrots Wash, peel and wash garlic, wash star anise, peel, wash and slice ginger

2.Put water, pig ears, ginger slices and star anise into the pot and bring to a boil

3. After the water boils, add cooking wine and reduce the heat to low and continue cooking
