How to make pickled cucumbers (no spicy)

1.Clean four cucumbers.

2.Cut into uniform segments.

3.Pour in 2 tablespoons of salt

4.Crush evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Prepare star anise, cinnamon and Sichuan peppercorns.

6. Boil a small amount of water, add aniseed, and cook for 2 minutes.
