How to make crispy fungus

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak the fungus in cold water in advance, and add some white vinegar to the soaking water.

3. Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into thin strips for later use.

4.The cucumber is also cut into thin strips.

5.Chop large ginger into ginger paste.
