How to make cold willow sprouts

1. Ripe willow buds (willow buds picked in spring, blanched and then frozen) are thawed.

2. Blanch it in a pot under boiling water.

3. Remove the supercooled water immediately.

4. Squeeze out the water and cut into sections.

5. Mince the onion, shred the meat, and shred the carrot.
