How to make garlic eggplant

1.Wash and cut 1 eggplant into sections and steam it in a pot for 10 minutes

2.After 10 minutes, remove and let cool, tear into strips and serve on a plate for later use

3. Prepare chopped green onion, minced garlic and small red pepper for later use

Tips
