How to make radish pickles

1.Wash the radish and cut into small pieces

2. Add salt and sugar and marinate for 2 hours.Add a little more salt and a spoonful of sugar.

3.Pour out the water from the pickled radish directly (no need to wash it), add chili noodles and mix well.If you like spicy food, you can add more chili
4. Apple, pear, ginger and garlic shrimp skin (I feel that the shrimp skin is more delicious than shrimp paste), make a sauce and cut the green onions into sections (you don’t need to add apples and pears, but I feel like adding them) It will have a fresh and sweet fruity flavor and is healthier than adding all sugar)
