Ingredients
Pepper ( 5 pounds ) | Soy sauce ( 3 pounds ) |
Vinegar ( 2 pounds ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( 50 capsules ) |
Star anise ( 15 capsules ) | Onions ( 2 trees ) |
White sugar ( 50 grams ) | Red pepper ( 200g ) |

1.Buy fresh peppers, wash them and dry them out

2.Add white sweet and sour soy sauce, peppercorns and star anise to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and let cool
