How to make cold rapeseed egg pancakes

1. Remove the yellow leaves from rapeseed, clean them, cut off the roots, and keep only the leaves.Boil water in a pot.When the water boils, add the rapeseed.Blanch it until it becomes soft.Remove the water when it is done.

Tips
