Ingredients
Slim tofu ( a box ) | Preserved eggs ( 2 pieces ) |
Cilantro ( One stick ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) |
How to mix preserved eggs with tofu

1.Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes

2.Cook the preserved eggs, remove the shells, and cut into small cubes

3.Put the preserved eggs on top of the tofu

4.Wash the coriander and cut into pieces

5.Sprinkle a little salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce on top of the preserved eggs and stir evenly (or pour the sauce on top)

6.Add coriander at the end
Tips
Preserved eggs are easier to cut after boiling them in cold water
