How to make cold okra

1.Wash the okra, do not cut off the urethra first, put it into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes (Don't cook it for too long, otherwise it won't be crispy enough).Add a spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of oil in the water.(The effects of oil and salt can increase the color of okra)

3. Tips
Note: When cooking okra, do not cut the lower part, otherwise the nutrients will be easily lost.Don't cook it for too long, otherwise it will become rotten easily.
