How to make vinegar chicken feet

1.Wash the chicken feet

2.Prepare the required ingredients

3.Prepare disposable cups, containing 1 cup of mature vinegar and 2 cups of light soy sauce

4.Pour the prepared Luo Han Guo, dried chili peppers, star anise, rock sugar, mature vinegar, and light soy sauce into the pot, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and let cool for later use

5. Wash the chicken feet, remove the nail tips, and cut them in half

Tips
Do not cook the chicken feet for too long.Put cold water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Pick up the cooked chicken feet, wash off the blood and grease, and refrigerate them to make the chicken feet chewier and taste better.
If you plan to soak it in the sauce for a few more days, you need to reduce the amount of light soy sauce, otherwise it will become saltier as it soaks.
When cooking the sauce, you don’t need to add water, just boil the light soy sauce, vinegar and other ingredients directly.
