Ingredients
Glutinous rice ( 250-300 grams ) | |
Sausage ( 1 piece ) | Shopee ( 1 scoop ) |
Jinsha River Self-rising Flour ( 500g ) | Water ( 270-290g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 1/3 spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Soy sauce ( 2-3 spoons ) |
Pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar (dough) ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make glutinous rice rolls

1.Soak the glutinous rice in advance, cook or steam it and let it cool for later use

3.Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the sausage until the aroma is released

Tips
