How to make small noodles

1. Add one egg to the flour, add less than half a bowl of water and stir until it becomes flocculent.

Tips
1.Add a little less water to the noodles and make them harder, otherwise they will stick together when cutting.
2.Because my bone soup is already salted, and there is salt in the ingredients, I didn’t add it.I tasted it myself and added whatever was missing.
3.Add some salt and oil to the pot when frying green leafy vegetables, which can prevent nutrient loss and keep the leaves still green.Soak them in salt water before frying.
4.If you don’t have bone soup at home, you can heat water and add some sesame oil to make your own.
